Sushi pH Tester Pro

The SushiT Tester is primarily designed for measuring the pH of solid or semi-solid dielectric electrodes that contain water. When inserting the electrode, ensure the application of even force to prevent any damage to the electrode. For testing relatively solid mediums like meat and fruit, it's advisable to pierce a small hole first and then insert the electrode. When testing food items such as sushi, cheese, meat, fruit, etc., use dedicated samples for testing, and the test sample should not be consumed. When testing soil, exercise caution to avoid directly inserting the electrode into excessively hard soil, as it may lead to damage.
